Drone photography isn’t needed in all situations and there are limitations on the use of Drones, where we can fly etc. However, there are always other options if we can’t fly a drone. Walk Through Videos

Mixing up your gallery with video content can really change the game and step up your offering online. It’s a great way to bring a bit of personality, style and feeling from your property or project. Walking through the screen from a photo gets people interested and helps them to stay engaged for longer.
Floor-Plans

Who doesn’t love a good floor-plan? They are a great way to give your potential clients a sense of space and size of rooms. I know not everyone can visualise size and space from seeing measurements on a floor-plan but some people love them…
360 Virtual Tours

Virtual Tours are a great mix of both floor-plans and walk-through video content. These are much more involved and take more time to put together but in the end they look stunning. You can even leave labels and markers around the tour giving your potential clients even more information as they walk around.
Virtual Staging
Charged at £100 per hour
If you have an empty space, no furniture or fixtures and fittings then Virtual Staging will be a good option for you to create content and show potential clients what they can do with the space. Giving people the ideas of what the space can be used for, you can provide a few different ideas with different images for example - Office space, Showroom, Gym etc…
